Welcome to Cape Town – meet your certified local guides.

🇩🇪 Karin – Karin was born in South Africa to a Swiss father and a Dutch mother. She speaks English, German, Swiss German, Afrikaans, and some Dutch.
Karin is a certified freelance South African tour guide. She focuses on the Western Cape’s natural splendours, including the grandeur of its mountains and oceans and the tranquil beauty of its rolling winelands.
Nothing delights her more than introducing visitors to the magnificent attractions of Cape Town and its surrounds. She particularly loves to explore the region’s spectacular landscape and share the mysteries of its unique flora and fauna.
In her spare time, Karin likes to delve into the country’s rich history. She aims to learn more about the vibrant communities and interesting characters who helped shape it.
⛳ Attie – Golfer by obsession, driver by profession. Can parallel park a 10-seater with his eyes closed and still have time to critique your swing. Powered by coffee, biltong, and birdies. Attie accompanies the golfers when booking a golfing experience and has inside knowledge of many of the courses in the Cape Peninsula. Attie spent part of his youth on Robben Island (not as a prisoner, his father was the lighthouse keeper!) and is a reliable and patient driver.
⚓ Nikki – Op
erations wizard & full-time liveaboard sailor. Keeps the team afloat (literally and figuratively). If it’s organised, efficient, and possibly floating, it’s probably Nikki’s doing. Nikki was a flotilla leader in Greece in 2022 for 6 months, handling up to 60 guests a week, so being well informed, adaptable and creative became second nature. Nikki is completing her tour guide course, as with her love of people and Cape Town, she is keen to get on board as a tour guide.
We look forward to hosting you in our incredible city.
