CANCELLATION POLICY

Any booking cancellation must be received in writing and acknowledged by Discover Cape Town.

If cancellation is received; 21-29 days before arrival:          25% of the booking is non-refundable 14-20 days before arrival:          50% of the booking fee is non-refundable 8-14 days before arrival:            75% of the booking fee is non-refundable 0-8 days before arrival:              100% booking fee is non-refundable
